About Us

Discipline Brings Freedom

Technology made us more connected—and more sedentary. The hardest part of healthy habits isn't starting. It's continuing when quitting feels easier than keeping your promise.

Keep Medal witnesses those moments. Every medal isn't a finish line—it's a milestone. Every small act of discipline earns you back a piece of freedom.

Real change comes from showing up, again and again. Join us. Prove that discipline brings freedom. Because every step matters.

Our Story

Founder Wang Ning firmly believes that "Self-discipline gives me freedom." But what truly brought this phrase to life was an accidental discovery.

A user once told the team that she ran an extra five kilometers just to earn a virtual medal. "I just wanted that little badge, like the red flowers I got as a kid."That sentence lit something up.

If a virtual medal could make someone run five more kilometers, what would happen if they were made real, beautiful, and meaningful? And so the first Keep physical medal was born. It's not just a piece of metal—it's the condensation of every breath, every drop of sweat. A physical proof that says: "I made it."

In 2021, Keep partnered with Disney to launch a Frozen-themed virtual run. Countless girls stepped onto a treadmill for the first time, all for a limited-edition Elsa medal. One user commented: "I never thought what would get me moving was Elsa's magic."Since then, medals have stepped beyond the screen.

At the "Dream Playground" in Bijie, Guizhou, children received more than just a new sports ground donated by Keep. They also received medals "redeemed" by urban runners with their calories. A young student from the mountains traced the engraving with his finger and said: "Brothers and sisters in faraway cities earned this by running. I want to earn my own one day."

As of 2025, Keep has issued over 30 million physical medals. Some have run 12 virtual races to collect the full zodiac set. Some have proposed marriage with their first medal. And some, in their darkest days, held on by telling themselves: "Just get one more."

Wang Ning said: "We originally just wanted to build a tool to track workouts. Our users taught us—exercise needs ritual, and ritual needs to be seen, touched, and cherished."

Behind every medal lies an ordinary person's extraordinary moment.

Self-discipline gives me freedom. One medal, one finish line.

Our CSR Section

The Dream Sports Fields charity initiative, initiated by founder Wang Ning in 2016, has built a total of ten playgrounds in various elementary schools across regions such as Qinghai, Xinjiang, Shanxi, Guangxi, Sichuan, Yunnan, etc.

Through an "online + offline" charity approach, Keep Medal not only improved the sports infrastructure for children in mountainous areas but also offered a plethora of free physical courses. This initiative aims to provide equal opportunities for rural children to engage in sports. Additionally, it aids rural schools lacking physical education teachers by introducing sports education, contributing to rural revitalization and promoting nationwide fitness.

Furthermore, Keep Medal encourages users to donate "calories" to participate in charity, fostering heartfelt connections with children in mountainous areas and spreading the power of dreams to a broader audience.

Our Values

Supported by advanced technology and vast datasets, we are committed to delivering high-quality sports content, experiences, products, and services. Keep Medal continues to lead the industry in technological innovation—officially launched a proprietary AI model Kinetic.ai, in March 2025, and introduced its first AI coach, Kaka.
