Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team at support@championmedals.com
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive a return authorization and shipping label
- Package the item securely and ship it back to us
3. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Challenge-Related Refunds
For virtual challenges, refunds may be available if requested within 7 days of purchase and before challenge completion. Once a challenge is completed and a medal is shipped, refunds are not available unless the medal is defective.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If the problem persists, contact us at support@championmedals.com.
